this is my first post and im skoolin u cats on elote! yeaaa pronounced eh-loh-teh, some spanish for you folks. I am such a beaner and the one thing that i absolutely LOVE about being a beaner is our amazing cuisine. haha... Elote is like a snack to most. It's simply a corn on the cob (-on a stick-) and usually it has mayonaise spread on it with mexican cojita cheese and some kinda chili powder. can you say mmm??? ofcourse you can choose whatever you want on it ex. minus mayo/add cheese/minus chili powder.. wuteverrr... sounds gross cuz of the mayo but it's actually soooo good. Atleast its not dog right? =]
